The fresh pasta course will guide you in the preparation of different formats of traditional egg pasta, typical of our gastronomic culture.
You will be welcomed into our traditional Tuscan kitchen, in a warm and convivial atmosphere, typical of Sunday lunches of the past, where you will enjoy dishes prepared according to your grandmother's authentic recipes. At the end of the class, the pasta made will be cooked and served as lunch.
