Not only wine: among the treasures of Tuscany, extra virgin olive oil is one of the most appreciated products in the world. Fattoria Carmignani offers you a new experience of aromas and flavors with a tasting of their extra virgin olive oil.
Upon arrival you will be taken on a tour of the olive groves, where you will be explained the cultivation techniques, the different types of olives, the method of processing and harvesting and then end with an explanation of the pressing process.
There will be a first tasting in the glass followed by a second tasting on the plate, enjoying it with typical Tuscan bread.
You will taste three different types of oil:
-Lamp
-Virgin
-Extra Virgin
The oil will be paired with various types of bread, vegetables and pasta dishes. To finish you will be served a dessert prepared with the evo oil here produced.

Azienda Agricola Carmignani Enzo
Azienda Agricola Enzo Carmignani is located in the heart of the Montecarlo hills, southwest of the medieval village. Since 1386 the Carmignani family has handed down from father to son the love and passion for the land and in particular for viticulture. From this man-land bond, thanks in part to the vineyards' favorable exposure to the sun, the combination of the most modern equipment and painstaking workmanship, the Montecarlo D.O.C. White and D.O.C. Red wines are born.
