Pappa al pomodoro is a typical first course of Tuscan tradition, prepared with stale Tuscan bread and homemade tomato sauce, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and plenty of fresh basil. It is a fragrant dish, appreciated in Tuscan and Lucchese households, which is enjoyed warm accompanied by an excellent prosecco, purchased directly from the producer.
As an appetizer, you will prepare two variations of bruschetta: one with extra virgin olive oil and the other with lard. For dessert, you will taste tiramisu or another local dessert of your choice.

I’m Monica and I've been cooking for as long as I can remember, including for many many people. In the summer I like to make pureed tomatoes, jams, oil and flavored salt. I use 0 km and organic products for my recipes, and I like to welcome and teach in joy.
