You will participate in a hands-on cooking class in which you will be preparing and plating dishes, guided by Chef Gianluca Pardini.
During the class, you will prepare a complete 4-course menu. At the end of the class, lunch/dinner will follow with a tasting of the dishes prepared together accompanied by local wines, in the rustic Tuscan-style dining room.
You can choose the menu based on your requests and our chef's suggestions.

The school is in the historic center of the city of Lucca, which boasts a strategic location among the Tuscan hills. The premises offer a kitchen divided into 3 areas: the cooking room, where courses are held; the dining room, where meals are eaten after class; and the outdoor garden.
