A tasting is an opportunity to get an up-close look at how grapes are transformed into wine. From the Ebrius to the Linchetto to the prized Private Collection, you will have the opportunity to taste wine and oil, walk through the vineyards and discover what makes this winery's products unique. The vineyard, located near the Via Francigena in the locality of Cappella in Lucca, is surrounded by hills, amidst trees and countryside. On sunny days you can enjoy the view and warmth of the open fields.

Valle del Sole
The farm, it is a small family business, is located 10 minutes from Lucca and covers an area of 10 hectares planted with vineyards and olive groves in a valley where it is still possible to live on a human scale.  The management of the vineyards is done by following organic production regulations by resorting to the use of biodynamic techniques. All this makes it possible to create a strong bond between man and the land, which guarantees excellent soil fertility and product quality.
