To start the cooking class, you will prepare an appetizer with fried pizza and sage, paired with Prosecco. Then you will move on to fried squash blossoms, vegetables such as zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, onions, and fried polenta with seasonal sauces. You will prepare fresh pasta, bigoli, with 00 flour, accompanied by our homemade sauce. For dessert you will make "Fried Buccellato," a typical local dessert, or Tiramisu upon request. You will pair the dishes with Prosecco or red wine, your choice. You will taste dishes prepared in the garden, season permitting. Join with Monica for an unforgettable dining experience!
