Pasta with fish sauce is a typical dish of Tuscan and Lucchese cuisine. You will prepare fresh pasta, choosing among the various available flours the one you prefer- Next, you will learn how to cook a delicious fish sauce, creating a fragrant and tasty pasta that is easy to prepare and pleasing to the eye. To conclude, you will prepare a typical local dessert or, upon request, the famous tiramisu. Finally, you will taste the dishes prepared during the course. I look forward to sharing these special and authentic moments with you!
