The Saturday morning farmer's market, represents the reality of our area, respects local traditions and is worth visiting. After visiting the market, telling you all the anecdotes, we Will then move to the garden of my homewhere we vill Ierarn to prepare an aperitif according to my family's custom and taste it whit small seasonal delicacies, tupical of the area.

I’m Monica and I've been cooking for as long as I can remember, including for many many people. In the summer I like to make pureed tomatoes, jams, oil and flavored salt. I use 0 km and organic products for my recipes, and I like to welcome and teach in joy.
