I am Silvia, a Cesarina who lives in the historic center of Lucca. I invite you to join me for a cooking class in my kitchen to learn about the authentic flavors of Tuscan cuisine.
During the course, you will prepare three typical recipes together, starting with bruschetta, which can be prepared with garlic and extra virgin olive Oil or with fresh tomatoes, onion and basil. As a first course, you will learn how to prepare fresh pasta. Finally, you will not miss the dessert that represents Italianness in the world: tiramisu.

I love hosting and taking care of the table, I always try to create a mise en place with some ingredient that recalls the menu or seasonality. I prefer to cook earthy dishes, typical of the Tuscan tradition, I don't cook a lot of desserts... but just to not eat too many of them!
